Configuration – Report (Document Processing and Staff Activity Report)

The Report menu appears when your practice has access to the Document Processing and/or Staff Activity Reports.

Document Processing Reports (Partner/Manager)

Document Processing Reports are management-style reports showing documents processed for the selected Day, Week, or Month.

You can choose from several report types:

  • Document Processing Partner report

  • Document Processing Manager report

  • Exclusive Document Processing Partner report

  • Exclusive Document Processing Manager report

Use the dropdown list to select the report you want to configure.

Once you toggle a report ON, the configuration settings appear.

Configuration Options

  • Repeat every – choose how often the report runs (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).

  • Perform at – choose the time (AEST) the report runs.

  • Email Subject – customise the subject line of the delivered report.

  • Email Recipients – select staff to receive the report, or enter email addresses separated by commas.

Notes:
The Email Recipients field appears only in the Document Processing Manager and Document Processing Partner reports.
The Exclusive reports send directly to each individual Partner or Manager and only show documents relevant to that person.

Custom Settings

Use Custom Settings to configure the report columns. Some columns are mandatory, but you can hide others and reorder them.

Notes

  • Changes apply only after the next scheduled report run.

  • Each report type has its own configuration settings.


Staff Activity Report

The Staff Activity Report shows actions taken in ATO SmartDocs during a selected period. This report is informational rather than operational.

Toggle the report ON to display its configuration options.

Configuration Options

  • Repeat every – choose how often the report runs.

  • Perform at – choose the time (AEST) the report runs.

  • Email Recipients – select staff recipients. Hold CTRL to select multiple users.

Notes

Any configuration changes take effect after the next scheduled run.
For example, if the report runs daily, changes take effect the following day.
