iTools gives you direct access to a number of communication tools:
Email - View list of emails Smartdocs created for Clients, and if sent, and also resend an email. Email a client with access to email templates
SMS - View list of SMS messages & PINs sent by Smartdocs. SMS a client with access to SMS templates
Missing Activity Statements - A report that shows a list of clients that received a New PAYG Instalment - Introduction notice from the ATO. Refer to PAYG - Missing Instalment Activity Statement.
Email & SMS can be sent directly from within an iWorkflow Workflow/Task. Click on Update on the appropriate Workflow/Task for access.
