Export to Nimbus

Once you have processed all documents in ATO SmartDocs, you can export them to Nimbus by following the steps below.

Use the Filters button on the ATO SmartDocs processing screen to choose the documents you want to export. We recommend exporting documents to Nimbus after emailing and notifying clients because a timestamp is added to the footer of the email.

  1. Click Select All after applying filters, or tick documents individually if you do not want to export everything.

  2. Click the Export to Nimbus button.

  3. A progress window appears showing the total number of documents being exported. Note: Nimbus receives both the main document and the related email or letter. This means the number of exported items will be double the number of selected documents.

  4. After the export completes, documents that exported successfully show the status Completed and the Nimbus icon.

  5. If any document fails to export, a pop‑up message appears showing the document name and the corresponding error.
