Use this process to view or modify an Assessment Type Template for any document profile that uses [AssessmentType] in its Email or Letter template (for example, NOAs).
Select Setup > ATO SmartDocs > Configuration.
Select the Assessment Type Templates tab.
Open the dropdown menu to view or edit the different Assessment Types for each document profile that uses the [AssessmentType] wording.
Review or modify the wording used for the selected Assessment Type.
Allow the system to insert the relevant Assessment Type wording into any Document Type Template that includes the [AssessmentType] field tag.
The available fields that can be inserted into the different Assessment Type Templates are shown below the editor window.
Examples are:
[DeductFee] - Field data pulled from HUBDATA where a DeductFee field has been setup
[RefundAmount] - Value of the Assessed Amount from the NOA minus any DeductFee value. NOTE: This field can only be used if the DeductFee column exists in HUBDATA.
