Client’s email address is being replaced by Approvers within a Workflow

Use this procedure when a client’s email address is being replaced by Approvers within a iWorkflow. This issue occurs when your password management application autofills email fields inside the Workflow.

Add the Workflow URLs to the Never autofill section of your password management system.

Add the following URLs to the autofill‑bypass list:

  • login.ipracticehub.com/WorkflowMyWorkflow

  • login.ipracticehub.com/Workflow/MyWorkflow

  • login.ipracticehub.com/Account/Login

There are several password management systems that where you may come across this issue, such as Practice Protect, LastPass and Keeper.

Below is an example of the area in the LastPass password management system where you must add the URL bypass for SmartDocs.

If the issue continues after adding the URLs, try turning off Autofill for SmartDocs.
