The General tab contains key setup areas for your practice.

Company profile

Use the company profile section to enter practice information and configure email notifications. The following items appear in this section:

  • Main administrator email

    • Default notification email supplied during initial setup.

  • Company email

    • Optional email address for notifications.

    • Supports multiple email addresses separated by semicolons (;).

  • Contact email

    • Additional optional email address for notifications.

    • Supports multiple email addresses separated by semicolons (;).

  • iWorkflow alert email addresses

    • Addresses that receive alerts when new workflows or tasks are created.

    • Supports multiple email addresses separated by semicolons (;).

  • Informational fields

    • Various non‑mandatory fields used for reference only.

We recommend entering at least one backup email address.


Skins

This section lets you customise the appearance of iPracticeHub.

Fields and options include:

  • Current skin

    • Select an alternate skin to change the interface theme.

    • Enter a HEX colour value if you want a specific colour.


Custom Word forms

Use this area to manage the forms used when creating tasks in iWorkflows.

Fields and actions include:

  • Default Word form

    • Standard template used to collect basic task information.

  • Custom Word form upload area

    • Drag and drop Word documents to upload additional forms.

  • Multiple form support

    • Upload more than one form to meet internal requirements.

  • Delete (x)

    • Remove an existing form before uploading a replacement.

  • Creating a custom form


Letter template

Use this section to upload a Word document containing your letterhead.

Fields and options include:

  • Letter template upload area

    • Drag and drop a .docx file containing your header and footer.

  • Header and footer restriction

    • Images must appear in the header or footer only.


Company logo

Your logo appears in the top right corner of the screen and on client emails.

Fields and options include:

  • Company logo upload pane

    • Drag and drop your image file here.

  • Supported file types

    • .ico

    • .jpg

    • .png

    • .bmp

    • .gif

    • .jpeg

    • .tif

  • Preferred size

    • 180px width × 90px height

    • Larger files are resized automatically.

  • Delete (x)

    • Remove the existing logo before uploading a new one.
