The dashboard is the first screen that opens when you log in to iPracticeHub.
The dashboard gives you access to all modules you have permissions for, using the buttons at the top of the screen:
iWorkflows
Vault
ATO SmartDocs (new users do not have access by default—contact [email protected] to enable it)
iTools
Setup
Help
SmartBot (only displayed if SmartBot has not been switched on)
A set of interactive graphs is displayed on the dashboard. The graphs shown depend on the modules your practice has purchased and your user permissions.
Documents from ATO graph
This stacked bar graph shows the number of ATO documents received via the ATO API.
You can select 1W, 1M, 3M or 6M as the time period.
You can also export the displayed data by clicking the output icon (svg, png or csv).
ATO SmartDocs graph
This interactive pie chart shows documents currently in ATO SmartDocs, grouped by status.
Hover over a section to see the number of documents in that status.
Click a section (for example, Approval needed) to view those documents with the filter applied automatically.
Note: The chart displays documents specific to the logged‑in user (or to the selected user in the dropdown on the ATO SmartDocs screen).
iWorkflows graph
This interactive pie chart shows the number of workflow items by status.
Click a section to open the corresponding status tab in iWorkflows.
Vault graph
This interactive pie chart shows Vault items by status.
Click a section to open the corresponding tab in the Vault screen.
Below the graphs, you will see the following:
Users - Shows how many users have been set up in iPracticeHub and their login status.
Launch Control - an area where you can access and launch external apps.
A Feedback button allows you to submit feedback to ATO SmartDocs and you can also access the ATO SmartDocs Terms & Conditions on the right-hand side of the screen.
In the toolbar, you can access:
Your User profile
Notifications (includes past notifications)
Contact us (sales and support)
