The Archive Documents tab allows you to view all documents stored within each client’s Vault. To access the contents of a client’s Vault, enter the client’s name or email address into the Search field.
Once you have located the client, you can click on the relevant folder to see the list of documents currently stored in their Vault. Each document displays Viewed and Downloaded indicators.
To see the date and time a document was viewed or downloaded, hover your cursor over the green tick in the corresponding column.
In addition to viewing document activity, several functions are available on the Archive Documents screen. These appear as buttons on the right‑hand side of each document. The available actions include:
Delete — Refer to Vault – Deleting Documents.
Download — Save a local copy of the document.
Transfer — Refer to Vault – Transferring Documents.
