Audit overview

The audit function is a reporting tool that checks the integrity of your data. Any and all changes that you make in iPracticeHub are recorded and can be viewed at any time.

You can access the audit function from the Setup > Reports icon menu.


​Note: Not all users may have the audit menu enabled. You should contact your manager if the audit menu is not enabled for you.

You can search for specific clients, documents or workflows to see who approved or did not approve documents, plus more. You can filter by start and end dates, and by users.

Run an audit search

  1. Click Search without changing any fields to view a daily history of activity in iPracticeHub.

  2. Press Ctrl + F on your keyboard to search for specific words within the audit page.
