Follow these steps to refresh your Handisoft Classic data.
Log in to the current year’s HandiTax (for example, HandiTax 2025).
Go to Tools > Export an ASCII File.
You will see four reports. (Addresses, Clients, Estimated Tax, Phone)
Select a report and click Run.
Repeat this process for all four reports. Take note of each Destination File Name.
After running all four reports, navigate to the folder that contains the exported files.
Select all four reports at the same time and drag and drop them into the HubData screen in ATO SmartDocs, via Setup > Manage > HubData.
Ensure Clients.txt is selected as the master file.
Your data is now up to date.
