You can change the appearance of the Vault for your clients under the General tab.
To access this screen, select Setup > Vault > Configuration, then select the General tab.
You can customise the Vault name, heading background colour, and heading text in the General settings area. Click Update to save changes. You can also set default assignees for documents uploaded by clients.
You may also update the bookmark icon and banner logo by dragging and dropping the relevant image files.
You can add or remove Custom Message templates. A selected custom message appears at the bottom of emails, in addition to the main email template.
Note: The custom message always appears at the bottom of the email.
Add a new custom message template
Select Setup > Vault > Configuration, then select the General tab
Click Add Template.
Enter a Title for the message template.
Type the content in the Descriptions box, applying any required formatting.
Scroll down and click Submit to save the message template.
