Open the Master Email Template settings
Select Setup > ATO SmartDocs > Configuration.
Select the Email Templates tab.
Select the Master Template tab.
Edit the Master Email Template
Update the Email Subject and Email Content as required.
Insert variable field data using square brackets, for example [FinYear]. The list of available fields appears below the editor.
When inserting [ManagerSignature] or [PartnerSignature], ensure you upload the signature image for the user under:
Setup > Manage > Users > Approver Signatures
Note: Available fields vary depending on the content of your Hubdata screen.
Use formatting options
You can apply formatting such as font style and font size using the editor toolbar.
TIP: To insert a single line space, hold Shift, then press Enter.
Save the Master Email Template
Select Save at the bottom right of the editor window.
The Master Email Template applies when a document is processed for a client whose Method = email, and no Custom Email Template exists for the Document Type.
