We recommend the setting up of Auto Top up so that there is no disruption in processing or accessing documents:-
The top up runs 3 times a day:-
2:45 AEST
10:30 AEST
16:30 AEST
During daylight saving there is one hour added to the above times.
If you see a message popup in your SmartDocs with regards to low credits you can top up your credits automatically by logging into the IntelliSMS Portal using your credentials.
Navigate to https://intellisms.com.au/buy-sms-credits-online/ in a browser window
Click Buy SMS Credits under the ATO SmartDocs section
Log into your intelliSMS account with your User Name and Password. If you do not know your password, click the select Forgot your password link and a rest link will be sent to your registered email.
Once you are logged in you can now go to the Purchase link from the left-hand side.
Once you have topped up your credits, you should then be able to see the popup error message in ATO SmartDocs no longer appear.
