Daily PINs for email clients

You can enable daily PINs when sending multiple documents to a client on the same day. When daily PINs are on, SmartDocs keeps the same PIN for that client for 24 hours per mobile phone number.

This feature applies only to clients whose delivery method is set to email and where the practice is not using the Vault.

To enable this setting:

  1. Go to Setup > ATO SmartDocs > Configurations

  2. Select the General tab.

  3. Select the toggle next to Daily PINs to turn it on.
