When your ATO SmartDocs site is first set up, you receive the following information:
The URL for your site (https://login.ipracticehub.com).
The administrator’s login and password.
2FA details for the initial administrator account.
Once you log in for the first time, you need to configure the following areas before inviting additional staff to access your ATO SmartDocs database:
Configuration
Manage applications
Manage logins
After the initial setup is complete, only users with an Administrator role can access the Setup menu.
