This message will display if your client enters an incorrect Access Code.
Your account has been locked out - please try again later
This message will display after 3 failed attempts to log into the client Vault. Your client will be able to try again to access their Vault after 30 minutes.
Your Access Code has expired - please request a new Access Code
This message indicates that the Access Code your client is trying to enter is no longer valid. An Access Code is only valid for 30 minutes. Ask your client to click on the Get Access Code button to generate a new Access Code.
