Follow these steps to refresh your MYOB AE & AO data.
Go to the M:\ drive (or the relevant drive where the iPracticeHub folder is located) and open the iPracticeHub folder.
Double‑click HUBDATA.xlsx to open it. If the pop‑up appears, enter the password hubsql and select OK, otherwise go to the Data tab and select Refresh All then enter the password.
After the refresh completes, save the file. Then select Save As and save it in the same folder as hubsql.csv.
Select CSV (Comma Delimited) from the Save as Type dropdown menu.
When the prompt appears asking whether to replace the old CSV file, select Yes.
Open iPracticeHub and go to Setup > Manage > Hub Data, then open the Import Data tab, alternatively, select the Hub Data tab under the ATO SmartDoc processing area.
Drag and drop the updated .csv file into the “Drop your CSV data document here” area.
Select OK to overwrite the existing viewing fields.
Select All and save.
Your data is now up to date.
