Follow these steps to refresh your MYOB Practice Manager data.
Part 1: Sync Data
In iPracticeHub, go to Setup > Manage > HubData, then open the Import Data tab, alternatively, access the HubData tab within the ATOSmartDoc processing screen.
Select Sync Data on the right-hand side of the screen.
When the “Would you like to run import now?” pop‑up appears, select OK.
A progress bar will appear. Wait until it reaches 100%, then select Close.
Part 2: Drag & Drop Estimated Tax Report from XPM
In XPM, go to Reports > Report Builder and open ATO SmartDocs Estimated Tax. Export the report as a CSV file.
Once the report is in your Downloads folder, drag and drop it into the “Drop your CSV data document here” area under Setup > Manage > HubData.
When the pop‑up appears, select OK.
Another pop‑up will confirm the tax data import. Select Close.
Your data is now up to date.
