Part 1: Sync Data
In iPracticeHub, go to Setup > Manage > HubData, then open the Import Data tab, alternatively, access the HubData tab within the ATOSmartDocs processing screen.
Select Sync Data on the right-hand side of the screen.
When the “Would you like to run import now?” pop‑up appears, select OK.
If the pop‑up window does not appear or appears blank, clear your browser cache.
A progress window will appear. Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%, then select Close.
Part 2: Drag & Drop Tax Reports from your tax software
After exporting or download the tax report from your tax software, drag and drop the file into the “Drop your CSV data document here” area.
When the pop‑up appears asking to replace the existing data, select OK.
Another pop‑up will confirm that the tax data import has completed. Select Close.
Your data is now up to date.
