Data Refresh APS (Contacts+)

Learn how to refresh your client data in ATO SmartDocs via a direct connection to your APS Software.

NOTE: This Data Sync is only available to clients using the APS Contacts+ software.

Follow the steps below to refresh your APS Data.

  1. In iPracticeHub, go to Setup > Manage > HubData, then open the Import Data tab, alternatively, access the HubData tab within the ATOSmartDoc processing screen.

  2. Select Sync Data on the right-hand side of the screen.

  3. When the “Would you like to run import now?” pop‑up appears, select OK.

  4. A progress bar will appear. Wait until it reaches 100%, then select Close.
