The SMS tab within Vault Configuration allows you to turn SMS notifications on or off for your clients.
To access the SMS configuration settings, select Setup > Vault > Configuration, then select the SMS tab.
This SMS notification is sent to the client when a document is placed in their Vault. You can refer to Adding Documents to a Client Vault.
On the right-hand side of the SMS tab, you can customise the SMS message sent to clients when a document is added to their Vault. Click Edit to make changes to the SMS content.
Edit the SMS template
Click Edit to open the SMS content for modification.
Make any required changes to the message text.
Save your changes to update the SMS notification template.
