You can modify or set up SMS Templates in Setup > Configuration > SMS.
There is a default SMS template for email and noPIN messages. You cannot delete these templates, but you can edit them.
Modify an existing SMS Template
Click the Edit SMS Template icon.
Adjust the content of the SMS template as required.
Note:
SMS templates longer than 256 characters send as one message but are charged as multiple SMS credits.
Some SMS templates contain required fields, such as [SecureCode]. When you edit a template, required fields appear at the bottom of the template window.
Add a new SMS Template
Click the Add icon located in the top‑right corner.
Enter a short title.
Enter the message content.
Click Add.
You can use your custom templates in iTools > SMS, under the Send SMS tab.
