Use this procedure to allow clients to send emails from their server using the SendGrid SMTP relay.

Create a SendGrid account with SMTP configuration
Follow the prerequisites on the SendGrid website:

After you create your SendGrid account, log in to ATO SmartDocs via https://login.ipracticehub.com
Go to Setup > Configuration > Integration.Choose SendGrid from the Integration dropdown list.
Enter the following settings:
API Name β SendGrid API
API Key β the email address you want to send emails from
Account Key β the secret key generated in SendGrid
API URL β https://api.sendgrid.com/email/send
Select Update.
When you connect for the first time, a permissions screen may appear. Accept the permissions to complete the setup.
If the integration connects successfully, you will see a confirmation message.
Send a test email
Go to the iTools tile.
Select Email.
Select Send email.
Enter the From address, To address, subject and message body.
Select Send.
