Check prerequisites

Make sure you have the correct prerequisites set to use ATO SmartDocs

Ensure your PC is configured correctly before using the system.

Set the correct date format

  • Ensure your PC is set to the correct date format.
    Go to Region settings and set the format to English (Australia).

Use a compatible browser

  • We recommend using Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

Check drag‑and‑drop settings in Chrome

If you use Google Chrome and have issues dragging and dropping documents into iPracticeHub:

  • Open Google Chrome Properties.

  • Ensure Run this program as an administrator is not selected.
