Data Refresh APS

Follow these steps to refresh your APS data.

  1. Go to the relevant drive where the iPracticeHub folder is located and open the iPracticeHub folder.

  2. Double‑click HUBDATA.xlsx to open it. If the pop-up to enter the password does not appear, then go to the Data tab and select Refresh All, otherwise enter the password hubsql and select OK.

  3. After the refresh finishes, save the file. Then select Save As and save it in the same folder as hubsql.csv.

    • Ensure the file format is CSV (Comma Delimited) from the Save as Type dropdown menu.

  4. When the pop‑up prompts you to replace the existing CSV file, select Yes.

  5. Open iPracticeHub and either go to Setup > Manage > Hub Data > Import Data
    or access the HubData tab within the ATOSmartDoc processing screen (to the left of the Document tab).

  6. Drag and drop the updated hubsql.csv file into the “Drop your CSV data document here” area, ensuring that the mouse pointer is within the dotted box.

  7. Select OK to overwrite the existing viewing fields.

  8. Select All and save.

Your data is now up to date.
